Re: Lots 2, 3, & 4 of Corners of Coppell Addition
Dear Mr. Powell:
I am writing this letter to confirm my understanding of our conversations
on 5/6 and 5/12 regarding the final platting process on the above refer-
enced lots. It is my understanding that final platting of the lots would
be completed by the review seesion at the May 15th Planning and Zoning
Meeting and the May 27th City Council Meetings. Upon approval, the plat
could then be filed with the County.
Applications for final site plan or specific use permits (S.U.P.) could
then be submitted for the lots. The S.U.P. would be necessary for retail
of certain products such as foot, alcohol or gasoline. The acceptance of
the S.U.P. and the acceptance of the final site plan for each lot would be
2 separate items on the agendas for P & Z consideration. The S.U.P. and
final site plan would also require 2 separate items for City Council con-
sideration. Upon approval by City Council, the lot would be approvable
for building permits without any further platting, P & Z or City Council
action.
There are 2 conditions that could require further platting of the lots.
They are:
1. If the Corners of Coppell plat was never filed with the County
2. If reshaping or subdividing of the lots as platted by Corners of
Coppell Plat became necessary
If there is any misunderstanding of our conversations please bring it to
my attention immediately, otherwise we will consider these statements true
and correct.
