As the Council requested, the Finance Committee has researched the
creation of a policy outlining the fees that could or should be waived.
Staff used a typical commercial project (one similar to the Thacker
Project), and worked up the fees that would be assessed for that project.
The fees associated with that project are attached on the fee schedule.
I would like to remind you that these are not all of the fees that the
City assesses, only those that pertain to this particular type of
project appear on the attached schedule.
