West Sandy Lake Road Phase 2
Matt Atkins and I were in Coppell Monday afternoon to check on the developments along West Sandy
Lake and to look over issues with the section for phase 2. It appeared to us that the property at the
southwest corner of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake was in the early phases of developing. It's the property
behind the McDonalds, at 133 Denton Tap owned by H. T. Ardinger, Jr. If you have any plans on this
property, we would like copies. Thanks for your time.
Also, do you have any new information on when you think Phase 1 might kick off?
