We are working in conjunction with Grapevine on this project.
Grapevine is reconstructing their portion of Bethel Road (Bass Pro Road)
and wants to bid the two projects together so that we can get a better
bid price. We still do not have the channel easements north of Bethel -
I have contacted the owners but Ken has not met with them.
My best estimate of the revised schedule is as follows:
Roadway and Channel Rights-of-Way Acquired - December 2005
Bid Opening - January 2006
City Council - February 2006
Relocations for utilities completed - February 2006
Notice to proceed with construction - February 2006
Construction complete - August 2007
