RE: Coppell Health Care Center
In reviewing the construction plans received January 10, 1989, Staff
has a major concern with the depth of the sanitary sewer line.
The depth is dictated by the existing grades of the sanitary sewer
line east of this location where Heartz Road north is planned. The
construction plans for the Coppell Health Care Center indicates a
maximum depth of 2~ feet for the sanitary sewer line. That depth
does not meet our Subdivision Ordinance requirement. Taking into
consideration the construction of the brick pavers and after line
stabilization, the sanitary sewer is expected to be into the sub base.
If we do not address the Heartz Road sewer line soon
ourselves with situations throughout the Town Center
in degree or worse than what is described above.
we will find
area similar
Please provide me with your comments concerning this as soon as
Possible. A strategy to avoid this problem needs to be developed.
