As per our conversation this morning I have contacted Mike Sharp's
office and have advised him that we would like for Austin Paving to
begin work as soon as possible. He is going to contact them and
set it up for start up on February 24, 1992. I told him that we
want West Bethel done first. He said that his crews would be
pulling the shoulders prior to the overlay and placing the R.A.P.
approximately 2 weeks after the overlays are completed to allow for
cure time of the new asphalt. He did say that the road edge will
be beveled to provide for less of a drop off. Next status 2/24/92.
