As you know the County has told us that we are looking at the end
of March or first of April before they can move in and begin the
overlays. They have also told us that their contractor can start
on request. Based on the escrowed funds and past history, if we
wait till the County moves in we could save upwards to 25% of the
allocated funds and use the difference for another project. If we
decide to allow the contractor to move in, the escrowed amount will
be completely used since the contractor's cost is how the escrowed
funds are determined. Since we can save money by waiting on the
County, it is my recommendation to do just that. Next status
