Staff contacted Dallas County to find out where the agreements are
at this time. They advised that the agreements were complete and
were being mailed today. We anticipate receipt of the agreements
by T~esday, January 14, 1992.
Mike Sharp wasn't available to discuss the anticipated schedule for
the overlays. I will contact him on 1/13/92 and provide you a
status on 1/15/92.
