I spoke with Mike Sharp on 12/31/91 to get copies of the executed
agreements for this and all other overlay projects. He advised
that with the holidays it had not been possible to get them
together, but anticipated that he should have them by Thursday of
this week (1/2/92) and that he would attempt to have them to us by
1/6/92 as well as a proposed schedule for start up on these
overlays.
