Cottonwood - Slurry Seal Program

To implement the slurry seals approved in the 90-95 bond
program, specifications will have to be written. I have obtained
specifications for Slurry Seals from a contractor and those will
need to be molded into specification for the City of Coppell.
Slurry seals require an evaporative process in order to cure.
The warmer the temperature, the faster slurry cures. It is
recommended to be applied in temperatures above 80 degree.
Therefore, it will be spring before applicetions can occur.
