Cut out and replace areas in sidewalk painful white.
Rout and seal random cracks painted white.
Clean and reseai expansion joints painted white.
Fix broken spots in pavement painted white.
Clean and seal jo'mts in sidewalk.
Clean and seal driveway into ballfield area.
Remove and level and seal around valve stacks in parking lot.
Remove poles in driveway or fill up hole around it so water won't get under
pavement.
Rout and seal random cracks in sidewalk.
Clean around drain in sidewalk so it can be inspected.
Clean and seal around light poles in sidewalks.
Make sure no water ponds on sidewalk.
Need to clean and seal roadway into maintenance buildings.
DRAINAGE
1. Upside down lids on inlet boxes indicate repairs need to be done.
2. Replace ali metal poles holding erosion with wooden poles.
3. Replace all old hay bales with new.
4. Remove erosion control screen where grass is established.
5. Remove all dirt and debris from inlet boxes.
6. Some locks on boxes are broken and do not open properly.
7. Remove water from storm sewer inlet boxes so they can be inspected.
8. Grout pipes in inlet boxes.
9. Repair erosion around inlet boxes in ballfields.
10. Need rock rip-rap around outflow headwalls and grout rip-rap.
11. On main drainage into creek, need to grout at pipe and headwalL
12. Repair form holes in headwall.
