Air valve too low; raise to ground level one air valve north of Sandy Lake Rd.
Valve bad or stub out plug not holding on 2*d stub out north of Sandy Lake Rd.
Paint F.H. lid red.
Paint MLV lid blue.
Paint on curb in blue (MLV) on 16" valve on Parkway.
Mark in blue on curb (B.O.) at meter can on Parkway.
B.O. valve needs extension to raise to 4' from ground at bridge.
