RE: Coppell Road Ditch Clean Up
Dear Mr. Miller:
I wanted to take the time to reiterate our concerns on Coppell Road
related to the ditch line clean up needed to improve drainage along
this corridor. As you know, the drainage problems are associated
with the project recently completed by G.T.E. Realizing that
weather plays a big role in your abilities to make these
improvements I wanted to emphasize that due to continued citizen
complaints and now complaints brought forth from the City Council
level, this project has been placed as a priority concern. Since
we have an ongoing franchise agreement I would like to respectfully
request the same priority status be placed on this project by
G.T.E.
In an attempt to relieve some of these concerns I have exposed the
outlet of the culvert on Coppell Road at Ruby Road and have removed
the obstruction downstream to better facilitate the conditions as
they exist.
In closing I would like to request a written response by January
30, 1991 outlining the schedule of improvements for this location.
