Attached Is a copy of the signed ngreement~ D~[la., County R & B Dist. 2 has completed
the overlays as stipulated in the agreement. Dallas County R &. B Dist. I received a short
reprieve from their Bettline project and were able to substantially complete the shoulder
work as stipulated in the contract. Striping of the roads are primarly what is [eft which may
be delayed due to the weather.
