RE, City/County Agreement for Asphalt Overlays
As previously indicaeed, before
the level up, resurfacSng, shoulder grading and striping of~ Us~reeus
listed on Exhibits A, B, C, & D can be approTed, the City of Coppell
will need to place $92,Z01.60 ~n an escrow account uirh Ballas
Coungy.
It is my understanding that the County can participate in 50%
of the estimated cost for the type "B" roads with the City paying
100% of the estimated cost for type "E" roads. It is agreed that
work will not start by the County until the City/County Agreement
has been fully executed by the City and County.
By my signature below the money has been approved and will
placed in escrow with Dallas County.
