City/County Agreement for Asphalt Overlays
Per, please prepare a memorandum to Frank Trando from me requesting
the necessary funds to perform the asphalt overlays City Council
approved on October 24, 1989.
Obtain an executed document from the City Secretary, a letter
from Frank Trando to Dallas County (ask Frank to address the letter
to same and using the same format he used on the
Bethel/Thweatt/Deforest work) and have these ready for my review
'by November 2, 1989.
We will from that set up individual project ticklers to track.
You may recall that Barbara set up files for street striping.
We will need to copy or submit a file memo once striping of these
roads has been completed for documentation and review for [uture
