Speed Letter Reply to Russell Doyle
I would like to be involved with the development of Coppell Rd.
but only in the most general sense. I would like the opportunity
to review plans and evaluate its impact to Street Dept. operations.
Though my conceptual skills may be useful, field operations and
the supervision thereof takes higher priority at this time to
additional meetings, which would detract from that priority.
If you feel I should still be directly involved, please advise.
