We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for Country Estates
for water impact fee/water tap fee associated with the irrigation meters.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $1,822.10 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee
calculations as soon as possible.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verify payment of the required fees for this project.
