Dear Mz. Gemoules:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy of the
development fee calculations for Lot 2, Block B of Creekview Estates II.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $1,750.00 plus the 2%
inspection fee and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the
fee assessment list. The remaining monies due are payable at the time of building permit or the issuance
of meters. Please provide our office a copy of the contract for the water and sanitary sewer line
installation so the 2% construction inspection fee can be verified.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us verify
payment of the required fees and assure a successful beginning of this project.
Please note that Section 1.06 of Ordinance 91533.1 (Impact Fees) states "No final plat shall be approved
unless the applicant has paid the impact fee imposed by and calculated hereunder'. In this case, the
impact fee due for all four lots must be paid before the plat can be released to be fried at the county.
This includes the amount due by both Greg Gemoules and Creekview Estates Limited Partnership.
