Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy
of the development fee calculations for Creek'view Estates II.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $3,950.00 plus the
2% inspection fee and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a
copy of the fee assessment list. Please provide our office a copy of the contract for the water
and sanitary sewer line installation so the 2 % construction inspection fee can be verified.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verify payment of the required fees and assure a successful beginning of this project.
