Walk Thru for Copperstone Addition
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
1. 4' of saw joint not sealed.
2. Approach to street cold joint - route & seal.
3. 3 panels east - curb seal.
4. Centerline Eastbound - concrete chip 8 panels east -
seal.
5. Patch Curb South side. No pavement markings.
6. Paver band appears to hold water at edge east and west.
7. Curb chip at saw joint. Remove and seal.
8. Curb chip at saw joint. Remove and seal. All
silicone?
9 Possible Ponding - Water check.
10. Inlet curbing cracked west end. East end will crack.
11. See (10) above.
12. Remove form board. Sta.
13. Curb chip at saw joint. Remove and seal. Lot 18.
14. Approach to street -- need saw joint.
15. Patch face Lot 12 and 13.
16. Possible ponding Lot 11 -- water check.
17. Drainage -- Ram neck pulled out of joint inside pipe
and end piece cracked at joint. Erosion already

Continue saw joint thru curb and seal.

Reseal Curb.
Random crack rout and seal.
Graffiti
Plastic bottle in paving - remove and patch.
Drainage -- forms in inlets.
Two panels sidewalk - cracked.
Reseal curb 6/7.
Random crack/chip at header. Remove chip - rout crack
and seal.
Curb chip at header. Remove and seal.
Patch curb and reseal at header. ? Large panels - over
20' wide.
Reseal curb at inlet.
Needs grout work. ? Outfall area - where does it drain
to?
2/1 Lot possible ponding - water test.
Chip in header joint -- remove and seal.
