Walk-thru Creekview Phase H, 465 Denton Tap
1. Mark MLV on curb and paint lid blue.
2. Clean metal can below lower fittings Irrigation & Domestic curb stop.
3. Mark on curb in blue IRR and DOM.
4. Paint vault lid and meter can lids blue.
5. Need Irrigation DC test papers.
6. Lock ~tch.
7. Test DC in vault.
8. Need plugs in ball valves large and small.
9. Paint FHV on curb in red at 2 f'we hydrants.
10. Paint FLV on curb in red and valve stack red.
11. Need pad and cap on sewer cleanout.
12. Plug and grout stub out in manhole.
13. Note: Plans call for DC on Domestic water not on Domestic.
