Comments on Copper Stone

Need to see copy of the Homeowner's bylaws.
Need plans for landscaping and irrigation. Need site plan information on park areas
to include trail design and approximate lay out. Need cost estimates on park
improvements to this area for comparison to fee assessment. Staff will be
recommending fee assessments previously identified for the subdivision by comparing
costs for park improvements with the fee assessment.
Side walks along major throughways need to be five foot (Parkway Blvd).
Extended sidewalk on both side of Parkway at Cottonwood Creek Bridge east to High
School access road.
Need to provide pedestrian access below grade on west side of bridge with handrail
and access to street level on each side.
How is off-site drainage to be addressed and erosion as it related to the west side of
parks.
