Need to verify agreements from developer to dedicate land adjacent to Cottonwood
Creek for linear linkage park/concrete hike and bike trail, as well as access easement
for a hike and bike trail along the south side of Denton Creek.
Landscape plans need to be incorporated into construction plans.
