2. Rout & seal random cracks.

1. Both right signs need to be 24"X30" and bases need to be flush with ground (at
ground level.
Drainaee
1. Form board left in inlet box-needs to be removed.
Pour inlet box on east side of
Creekview.
21" RCP running east & west under new portion of Creekview-almost all joints are
bad.
East drive off Creekview-ponding on Creekview.
