We want to proceed with our schedule of advertising the W. Sandy Lake, Phase A project next week. We
probably would not start construction until the beginning of 2006. Wiii proceeding with the project impact
our receiving the 1.3 million in funding for Phase A since we do not have an executed PSA? We still want
to receive the eligible funding for this phase.
