Referring to the items listed in your letter, Item 1 should be a simple direct reimbursement to you and Items 2 through 5 will be handled as a part of the Contractor's cleanup in the area, or later as a final punch l~st item. We have not recently received updated schedules or projections from the Contractor indicating the scheduling of final cleanup in the TownOaks Celttre area. However, as you can see by the progress being made, it should not be too much longer. We will notify you as soon as a more specific date is obtained. Please call me if you have further questions.
