Need metal meter can on Irrigation DC.
Need test on DC irrigation paperwork.
Irrigation DC leaking on handle.
Irrigation needs brass plugs in DC.
Domestic needs curbstop cutoff in 4" pipe.
Make. all changes on As Buats. /-m~Z/,7 , ~
Vault DDC needs test paperwork. ~,/f' ~'o L~t~ ~'
Need all valves no more than 4' deep/valve extension on all over 4'.
F'we Dept. needs cap on Siamese.
Clean last f'Lre hydrant valve stack of dirt.
Locate one valve per Larry Davis.
WAD missing rain pan and WAD plug.
Mark WAD on curb in red.
Cut drainage around 2~a vault waffle.
Paint lld on waffle blue.
Call Danny Hightower at 972-304-3545 to check punch list.
