Walk-thru Every Body Fits 10/17/01
1. Mark MLV on curb and paint lid blue.
2. 2aa ire hydrant needs oil.
3. Repaint 2"a ire hydrant yellow.
4. Need metal meter can on Irrigation DC.
5. Need test on DC irrigation paperwork.
6. Irrigation DC leak~g on handle.
7. Irrigation needs brass plugs in DC.
8. Domestic needs curbstop cutoff in 4" pipe.
9. Make ali changes on As Builts.
10. Vault DDC needs test paperwork.
11. Need all valves no more than 4' deep/valve extension on all over 4'.
12. Fire Dept. needs cap on Siamese.
13. Clean last f'we hydrant valve stack of dirt.
14. Locate one valve per Larry Davis.
15. WAD missing rain pan and WAD plug.
16. Mark WAD on curb in red.
17. Cut drainage around 2aa vault waffle.
18. Paint lid on waffle blue.
