Walk-thru Everybody Fits 9/27/01
1. Grout box at RCP and box.
2. Lock broken on lids; bad patch on RCP that was broken, cardboard in concrete;
grout box top, bottom & sides; grout RCP at box.
3. "Y" inlet grout at RCP's; grout bad joints in RCP's; need dp-rap or regrade for
erosion at headwall.
4. Clear trash, debris, mud and dirt from all "Y" inlets and inlet boxes.
5. Bad connection at RCP and main - grout.
6. "Y" inlet not accessible, lock broken.
7. Forms left in inlet boxes.
8. Inlet box holding water, pour in bottom and grout at bottom of box.
9. "Y" inlet not accessible - full of mud.
10. Obstruction at RCP and box from the bottom being poured and leaked into RCP.

Rout and clean and seal all cracks painted.
Seal all curbs as marked.
Replace traffle button as marked.
ADA ramps are too small - replace.
