Mr. White:
Enclosed is a copy of the revised City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table that
includes the meter size changes as requested. A copy of the Development Fee
calculations for the referenced development is also included. The water impact fee
difference is $2,475.00, the wastewater impact fee difference is $1,350.00, the domestic
meter fee difference is $46.57 and the irrigation meter cost difference is $80.06. There
was a decrease of $84.26 in the cost of the 4" fireline meter on the new assessment.
However, the meter previously provided to you cost the City more so that savings cannot
be passed on.
Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of
$3.825.00 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee
Assessment table. This amount is a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior
to Council approval.
The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees
need to be paid by separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 732 Deforest.
Meters will be ordered when these fees are paid. . -
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this
