At manhole, mark MH in red on curb and paint lid to manhole red.
Manhole needs a rain pan.
All air release valves need to be completed and opened.
Paint lid blue.
Second FH: paint lid red on valve stack.
Second FH: clean dirt from pad.
Second FH: MLV STB to North of FH.
Mark MLV STB in blue on curb (now marked FHV)
Replace pad to same STB to South of valve.
Third FH missing chain.
Mark MLV STB in blue at fourth FH on south side of road, main line running to North.
Repaint all FH.
Replace broken pad on fourth FH.
Fifth FH needs chain.
Mark MLV STB in blue on curb (East of fifth FH).
Mark MLV STB in blue on curb on south side of road and on valve to north side of road
at sixth FH.
Mark MLV STB on curb at eighth FH on south side of road.
MLV at eighth FH needs new pad.
Replace broken pad for MLV at Creekview and Freeport.
Reset stack to valve stack on Freeport; cannot turn valve.

Larry Davis about repair.
Remove dirt around FH (mentioned above).
Need pad around irrigation curb stop; cut off valve stack.
MLV on Freeport need pad north of Creekview by FH.
