Mr. Davis,
At this time Castellan Development, L.P., Excel Group, Inc., and TGR Constructors
would like to request the dosing of Allen Rd. and DeForest Rd. intersection in order
to lower existing water lines and completion of previonsly approved utility construction.
We propose to close said intersection beginning at 7:00 A.M., Thursday, July 19t~ and
re-open by 5:00 P.M., Saturday, July 21't. (All appropriate barricades and detour signs,
per TMUDC specifications, will be used.)
Water service interruption will begin on Friday, July 20 at 9:00 A.M. and will be back in
service by late afternoon the same day. I have met with Coppell Public Works for
identification of all affected homeowners and will see that proper notification, in
writing, will be given 24 hours in advance.
Attached is a copy of the barricade plan also showing Ingress/Egress for the affected
homeowners on DeForest and Allen streets. Should the requested dates not be available,
please notify Bryan Peck with Excel Group, Inc. as soon as possible so that we can
reschedule to your satisfaction.

INTERSECTION CLOSURE NOTIFICATION:
Please be advised the the DeForest Road/Allen Road intersection will be closed to
thru traffic from 7:00 A.M., Thursday, July 19t~ until 5:00 P.M., Saturday July 21't.
This closure approved by the City of Coppell Engineering Dept., is necessary in order
to complete underground utility work related to DeForest Road improvements.
A market detour route connecting Allen Road and DeForest Road is being provided.
In advance we thank you for your patience and cooperation and would like to apologize
for any temporary inconvenience that may result.
WATER SERVICE INTERUPTION NOTIFICATION:
Please be advised that the water service to your home will be interrupted beginning at
9:00 A.M., Friday, July 20m and ending late afternoon or before the same day. This
interruption of service, approved by the City of Coppell Engineering Dept. is necessary in
order to complete underground utility work related to DeForest Road improvements.
