Dear Mike,
This is to follow up on the phone conversation we had on Monday,
2/25/91, concerning the addition of Deforest Road improvements to
the current projects of Holly and Nash. As discussed, we need to
do subgrade improvements with additional R.A.P., provide for
shoulder transition and place a two (2) inch asphalt overlay on
the prepared surface.
Please follow up on your standard procedure to include this
project and forward any information or documents to me that may
be needed to expedite this endeavor.
As always, we appreciate your continued assistance and are
looking forward to the completion of these projects.
