DeForest Road Flood Damage
Inspection of the road indicates considerable pavement failure due
to saturation of subbase courses. The methods to correct the
surface conditions may vary, but I would recommend milling-
compaction-virgin overlay which would provide additional subgrade
support. This will not however eliminate the recurrence if
flooding conditions occur again. I have estimate the
rehabilitation at $20,000.
