The shoulder work primarily directly across from the Service Center
is across from the Service Center is complicated and possible has
been caused by a water leak which Howard is looking into. I feel
that the materials would not stay intact until that leak has been
repaired.
Howard has indicated that the leak should be repaired within the
next two weeks. I will have the shoulder work done on DeForest
upon completion of this repair, so as to not have to divide up
a work day twice to accomplish this.
Mike Sharp has not submitted a request for payment but will be
as of July 1, 1989 for all the projects.
