Current projects are: The Fairways at Riverchase -~Phase I,
Northlake Industrial Park, Royal Lane Extension (North),
Hager Containers Addition, Phillips Addition IV.
14. MacArthur'Blvd./Sandy Lake Intersection
No change in status.
Provided cost estimate at February 9, 1988 Council meeting
for temporary signals (ie., poles and span wires vs.
permanent mast arms).
Currently awaiting City's authorization to proceed with
design, bid and construction.
15. Sandy Lake Rd./Moore Rd. Intersection
No change in status.
Improvements needed to install loop detectors and protected
left-turn at this intersection per City's request.
Prepared cost estimate and presented at February 9, 1988
Council meeting.
Plan is to include in bid package with Sandy Lake/MacArthur
signals. Will proceed with design, bid and construction
upon City's authorization of project.
16. Belt Line Guardrail System
Will present proposed plan to Council August 23, 1988 for
their consideration.
17. DeForest Road Pavinq Improvements
No change in status.
Cost presented at February 9, 1988 Council meeting.
Currently awaiting City's authorization to proceed with this
project.
18. Floodplain Administrator
Working with City on as-needed basis.
19. Johnny ThomDson Tract Access to TRA System
Ginn/Larry Jackson currently reviewing Johnny Thompson's
"hold harmless" instrument for proper form and content.
Awaiting copies of easement instrument from Terra via J.
Thompson also.
Variances granted to Thompson July 26, 1988 by Council.
20. Whispering Hill Drainaae Study
No change in status.
Cost presented to Council February 9, 1988.
