Bethel Rd. 2" Overlay
Ail projects at this point will require bid specifications to
procede. These specifications could be drawn up by myself using
an example from another city. However, since this City has not
had any bid specifications drawn up for asphalt work, it may be
in order to have Engineering draw up the specifications with input
from Public Works.
In addition to this, there has been a consultant work order form
submitted for estimation, to investigate and submit information
already gathered concerning the DeForest overlay and Warren Court.
It is questionable if the right-of-way has been acquired to con-
struct the culdesac on Warren Court.
Please advise as to how to procede on the specifications.
