Work Order form. We will be required to set up a project account
with Finance before proceding with the request.
We will keep you informed on the status of approval to implement

Alan, once again I a~. making an inquiry into the status of the~
two above mentioned projects.
These have been in the planning stage for several years.~
Actually I believe these projects have been under consideration~g~
prior to my being elected to the City Council.
I may be in error, but I believe the Council has approved the
funds for the projects. Therefore, I would hope that these
projects will soon be undertaken by the City.
If at all possible, please provide a status report on these
projects and if know a schedule of work.
