Dear Steve:
Before the City/County Agreement for the resurfacing of streets iisted on
Exhibits "A" & "B" can be approved, the City of Coppell will need to place
$86,000.00 in an escrow account with Dallas County. This money will allow
the County to perform H.M.A.C. level up and a 2" overlay on the roads listed
on Exhibits "A" & "B". The County can participate in 50% of the estimated
cost for Type "B" roads with the City paying 100% of the estimated cost for
Type "E" roads. The City will provide traffic control as needed for this
project.
It is agreed that work will not start by the County until the City/County
Agreement has been fully executed by the City and County. It is my under-
standing that the money has been approved and the City'e Finance Director
will be placing said funds in an escrow account with Dallas County as
indicated by the Finance Director's signature below.
