Metroplex Retaining Walls was issued a permit to build a retaining wall at 252 Bethel Road. Comments
included on the permit by the building inspector informed the contractor that the wall could not be built
within the sanitary sewer easement. The contractor did not notice the comments and did locate a portion
of the wall within the sanitary sewer easement.
Staff has reviewed the effect of the wall being located in the sanitary sewer easement and has no
objection to allowing the wall to remain as is provided that the attached "Hold Harmless Agreement~
is signed.
