133 Glendale Drive-Drainage Easement Driveway Approach
Jim Street came by my office this morning as per your request and
provided me with a sight plan and Hold Harmless Agreement
(attached) related to the drive approach at this address. It is
my understanding from Dale Jackson that these agreements are then
processed through the Council for the Mayor's signature. Please
verify this and be sure to send me a signed copy of the agreement
for my files. Otherwise I have no concerns with this drive
approach.
