TO THE CITY OF COPPELL:
We are the prospective owners of Lot 11, Block B, Creekview Addition,
Coppell, Texas. We understand and acknowledge that the retaining wall and
footings for the wall which is located on our property, encroach on the City's
sanitary sewer easement. We further understand and acknowledge that in the
event repairs are made to the sewer which necessitate removal of the wall or
footings, or result in damage thereto, that it is our responsibility to
replace and/or repair the wall and footings. We further indemnify and hold
the City harmless from all claims of damage to the wall and footings which
arise from the City's repair to the sewer under the easement on our lot.
