Dear Mr. Johnson:
We have discussed the proposed beg wall treatment and will agree to construct it generally per your
designed cross section to 6' above the sewer line. Please see the attachments. However, after
discussions with the owner and the City of Coppell, we find that the protection measures are
appropriate only at the area within which the woA was done and slightly downstream. This is about 25
feet total st the above pipe length, and will be tapered wider at the downstream side of the pipe to
protect against any possible currents deflecting from the last pier.
As you are aware, because this stream is left natural elsewhere, and all studies and approvals have
been completed on that basis, our preference and construction plan approval have always been to leave
the bank at its natural slope and In Its natural condition. This expensive measure is being constructed
because Creekview Estates continues to make eve~ effort to be a good neighbor, and because of your
request of us to help In this matter.
With this installation, we expect that all concerns regarding this matter of the easement, sewer line, and
creek area have been met.
