I have reviewed and approved, as to form, the Project Manual Including Contract
Documents and Specifications for tile Denton Tap Road Improvements for both Sandy
Lake Road to Denton Creek and Belt Line Road to Sandy Lake Road. The documents
do contain adequate provisions for payment and maintenance bonds, indemnification, and
insurance coverage.

I. ITEM #25 & #26 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA DATED: April 26, 1988
II. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATION
Items #25 & #26 are directly related and will allow the construction
of improvements to Denton Tap Road which have been long awaited. It
is staff's opinion these improvements will be a great enhancement to
our city and, therefore, staff recommends approval.
