Dear Mr. Lacy:
It has come to our attention that the most southerly driveway on
the Northlake Nursery property has suffered a failure of the
asphalt section which transitions from the concrete drive to the
normal ground surface on the property. To avoid confusion we
mention that the former "Alpine Fence Co." site is considered as
a separate tract by the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Fikes. The subject
driveway is the next one north of the driveway serving the old
fence company tract.
We addressed this issue some time ago with Mr. Scott Balch and
were assured that the problem would be resolved. Apparently the
repairs were never instituted and the owners of the property are
anxious to have this problem addressed by L. H. Lacy Company.
We request that L. H. Lacy Company furnish all labor, equipment,
and materials required to perform the necessary repairs as soon
as possible. This work is covered by your Contract's one year
guarantee against defects arising from unsatisfactory workmanship
and materials. We will be happy to meet with you on the site to
review the situation with you.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
John C. Karlsruher,
Senior Engineer
