APPLICANT: Coppell Associates 102 Meadowcreek Road Coppell, Texas 75019 SUMMARY: This 4.158 acre site is located north and adjacent to the Creekview Estates Addition. A zoning change request for single family use was recently approved by the City Council. The purpose of this plat is to allow the construction of single family homes.
