the businesses along Denton Tap Road) for a meeting ~ith project
personnel and the businesses to a~r~ss such things as the~
upcoming traffic sw~tch to the new pavement, acOess, median
openxngs, and etc. Mr. Turner has offered the use o~h~s office
as the meeting pla?e, and he has volunteered to make ali%of:the
contacts w~th the ~nterested businesses if ~ will call him~and
set up a ti~e for the meeting. Mr. Ratliff re~este~ that we~..
contact Mr. Turner set this meeting up, and attend to make the
presentation and answer ~estions.

want to set up the meeting. In either case, please be informed
that I will not be available for the meeting for the period
beginning March 18, 1989 and ending March 23, 1989, since I will
be out of town. If you wish that I make the arrangements, please
call me as soon. as possible and let me know your preference of
