I have assigned field personnel to perform a final end of
maintenance bond walk thru on the above reference project. Below
I have listed items that have been found to be deficient.

1. 24 + 9.79
Clean Out is Not Plugged
2. Lot 39/Penuel Drive
Main Line Valve Needs to be Reset
3. Ail Manholes Need to be Grouted on the inside of the ring.
Please make sure these items are addressed prior to end of
maintenance bond.
