Russell, in regard to the two items you're requesting in
handwritten memorandum and considering the transfer, I would o~fcr
that according to the Public Works Inspector's review of the plans
will be a headwall. Also the downstream erosion and the
the subdivision's improvements, if any, would appear
an Engineer's review and the comments from the Design
